1. Privacy Policy

Subsequently, as you interact and communicate with us (e.g. you reply to our service updates or support emails to you, you register for product warranty on our website, and when you participate in customer surveys, contests or offers etc.), you may also reveal to us other Information about yourself (e.g. your
name, address, phone number, gender etc.).

2.2 Analytics information
We use third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Website. These tools collect information sent by your device including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Website. We collect and use this analytics information with
analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

2.4 Log file information

2.4.2 When you use the Website, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of
clicks and how you interact with links on the Website, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then helps us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information
allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Website.

a) Our related entities: These are businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that
we are part of, or that become part of that group.
1. b) Our service providers: These are our third party contractors. We engage them to assist us in

statistics, hosting content, providing server space, providing push notifications and emails,
connecting services and applications we use with one another, reviewing content for

be notified of an upcoming promotions or product release.

5.1 We, our related entities, service providers and other third parties with whom we have shared your
Information with, may transfer your Information to other countries in which our and their facilities
and/or businesses are located, to be stored or processed. We will ensure that all entities located outside
of Malaysia to which we transfer Information observe a standard of data protection which is comparable
to that required under the Malaysia PDPA. This includes the entities' making reasonable security
arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification,
disposal or similar risk to your Information, and removing the Information as soon as it is reasonable to
assume that its retention is no longer necessary.
5.2 By registering your product warranty with us by/and using the Website, you acknowledge that the
transfer of your Information to countries in which we, our related entities, service providers and other
third parties with whom we have shared your Information with, have facilities and/or businesses are
necessary for us to provide the Website to you, and that we have provided you with a reasonable
summary of how your Information would be protected when it is so transferred. You consent to the
transfer of information to such territories as they exists today and to any other country in which we, our
related entities, service providers and other third parties with whom we have shared your Information
with, maintain facilities and/or businesses in the future, and their processing of Information as described
in this Privacy Policy.

6. Children's privacy
6.1 You may only use the Website if you are either 18 years of age or more, or over the applicable age of
majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in your
jurisdiction, you may use the Website only with the consent and involvement of your parent or
guardian.

Policy does not apply to those websites, applications or platforms. They have their own privacy policies
and you should familiarise yourself with them before you permit them to access and process your
Information.
7.2 We are not responsible for and does not have control over any other third party websites,
applications or platforms which you authorise to access or process your Information. If you are using a

third party website, application or platform and you allow them to access or process your Information,
you do so at your own risk.

what Information of yours we have and how we have used and shared your Information during the last
one year before the date of your request, (iii) wish to restrict or withdraw your consent to our
processing of your Information, or (iv) wish us to delete your Information, please contact our Data

8.3. If you are a resident of the European Union using the Website, you have the following rights under
the General Data Protection Regulations:
1. a) Right to be informed: This right means that when we ask you to provide us with your
Information, we will give you details such as what we are using it for, how and with whom it will
be shared, and how you may contact us if you have any queries;
2. b) Right to access: This right allows you to ask us for details of the Information we hold on you,
e.g. what Information is being processed and for what reason, what Information is being

acceptance of such modification and your consent to our processing of Information in accordance with
