The exchange and refund policy apply only for items bought on https://glamourhomez.com (“Website”). Please read the following exchange and refund policy closely, as you “you” or “customer”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms laid out in this policy when you order from this website.
Please note that exchanges due to Change of Mind are not allowed. Exchange requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to Glamour Homez approval:
- Products with manufacturing defect and/or warehouse handling, or delivery shipment. We will NOT conduct an exchange if the defect is caused by the customer’s own mishandling of the product.
- Exchange request is only valid within 7 days of product’s delivery. You may initiate an exchange request by writing an email to us at myorder@glamourhomez.com and provide us the order number.
- Products must include all original packaging, labels, stickers, seals, manuals, accessories, and still have their protective materials unremoved and intact.
For products with manufacturing defects, Glamour Homez will inspect the condition of the returned products before proceeding to reimburse the relevant items within 14 working days of receiving your returned item/package. Glamour Homez will cover the return charges or arrange for a pick-up service
for direct exchanges.
Refunds will ONLY be permitted and conducted when the returned product and/or part of the product is found to be defective, and repair or replacement of such product is not possible.
We’ve created this Exchange and Refund Policy to ensure our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend privileges for customers who make fraudulent
refunds, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Exchange and Refund Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive refunds, returning products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, returning products that they have not purchased etc. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any
time at our discretion.
